Emma Fitzpatrick
Emma Fitzpatrick is one of Richard Speight, Jr.'s secret weapons and a cornerstone of Dick Jr. & The Volunteers! This incredibly talented vocalist co-wrote the hit "Goin' Straight" and inspired Speight to write "Your Whiskey on My Lips" specifically for her voice. Fitzpatrick has been a constant in the band alongside Billy Moran, bringing her powerhouse vocals to both albums. Speight gushes that she's "one of the most talented people I've ever met" - and trust us, he's not wrong!

Jason Manns
Jason Manns is a Virginia-based singer-songwriter and producer who helped bring Dick Jr. & The Volunteers to life! As the mastermind behind the scenes, Manns was instrumental in convincing Richard Speight, Jr., to pursue his country music dreams, repeatedly telling him "there's a lane for what you do." He produced their debut album The Dance and How to Do It, which hit #5 on iTunes country charts. Manns is also a founding member of The Station Breaks alongside Billy Moran and Rob Benedict, bringing his folk-rock talents to the Supernatural convention circuit.

Billy Moran
Billy Moran is the guitar-wielding anchor of Dick Jr. & The Volunteers, where he brings his blues-rock mastery to Richard Speight, Jr.'s country adventures. A Los Angeles-based rocker and Louden Swain member, Moran helped craft the sound of both Dick Jr. albums, co-writing gems like "I Liked You More (When I Knew You Less)" and "Kerry Anne." He even produced their sophomore album, FistFights and Hug-Outs, helping shape the evolution from covers to original artistry. Speight dubbed him one of the "constants" in the ever-evolving Volunteers lineup, proving that when you need serious guitar chops for some Southern-fried fun, you get yourself a Billy Moran!

Zachary Ross
Zachary Ross is the guitar wizard behind Dick Jr. & The Volunteers' signature sound! A seasoned producer and player who fell in love with recording studios as a kid, Ross was instrumental in creating the unique vibe that makes Dick Jr. tick. He helped lay down the musical foundation for their first album The Dance and How to Do It and continued his magic on Fistfights and Hug-outs. With his Americana chops and obsession for melodic solos, Ross brings that perfect blend of soul and country flavor that makes Dick Jr.'s music so addictive. Richard Speight, Jr., himself credits Ross as a key architect of the band's sound - and he would know!
